✅ Returns

  • We only accept returns if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect when delivered.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of apparel and custom-made products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or buyer error. Please review size charts carefully before purchase.

💳 Refunds

  • If your claim is approved, we will issue either:

    • Store credit (preferred), or

    • A replacement item at no extra cost.

  • Cash refunds are not offered unless required by law.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide prepaid labels.

  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

⚠️ Order Issues

  • If your package is lost or delayed by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for delivery errors once the package leaves our warehouse.
